Our return & exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a hassle-free refund or exchange.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to shop with confidence.
Unwanted orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. Please complete the return form at the bottom of the page.
To qualify for a full refund, orders must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned in a damaged, worn, or unsuitable condition will not be refunded. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds for earrings or jewellery for piercings. Bespoke orders or specially altered orders can not be refunded.
Currently, we’re unable to provide free return labels, and all return costs are the customer’s responsibility until the items reach us.
We recommend returning your order to us via recorded delivery, obtaining proof of postage to track your return if needed. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in the post.

Once your return received and is processed, you’ll receive an email notification. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of notification, but this often happens sooner. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
